MailerLite Pricing

MailerLite gets recommended so often for one reason: the pricing is hard to argue with. You can start free for 250 subscribers, then move to paid plans from $12 per month, which still makes it one of the clearest value plays in email marketing. Both numbers moved against you in 2026 — the free tier was 1,000 subscribers and Comfort was $10 — so check any older recommendation against the current rate.

Pricing Analysis

MailerLite uses a subscriber-based model with simple public tiers: Free, Comfort at $12, Power at $25, and Enterprise custom. MailerLite renamed and repriced these in June 2026 — Comfort was Growing Business at $10, Power was Advanced at $20 — so older write-ups citing the cheaper tiers are out of date. That structure is easy to budget for, and the difference between tiers is usually about feature depth rather than weird metering. For small and midsize lists, the pricing is consistently more approachable than many creator or ecommerce-focused competitors.

The value proposition is where MailerLite really wins. You get a respectable set of email tools, automation, landing pages, and forms without paying ConvertKit money or ecommerce-platform premiums. For many businesses, it covers 80 to 90 percent of what they need at a fraction of the cost. That is why it gets labeled a best-value option so often.

The hidden costs are mostly opportunity costs. If you need deep ecommerce segmentation, large-scale sales workflows, or highly specialized reporting, you may eventually need another tool. Moving later can be painful, especially once automations and forms are embedded across the site. Still, there are fewer pricing traps here than with many competitors.

This pricing works best for small businesses, creators, agencies managing lean client budgets, and teams that want solid email software without paying for category hype. If your needs are broad but not extreme, MailerLite is easy to justify. If your business model needs a specialized stack, the savings may be temporary.
