The plans are Lite at $25, Pro at $28, and Everything at $54 at the entry tier of roughly 1,000 subscribers, and they scale upward as your list grows. Lite also caps out at 25,000 subscribers and one automation workflow. Members on the old unlimited plans keep them; everyone else should price this like any other subscriber-based tool.

The value is strongest if design quality and predictable billing matter more than deep feature breadth. Flodesk's visual editor and template style are part of the pitch, and for design-conscious creators that has real value. Compared with ConvertKit, MailerLite, or Kit-style creator tools, Flodesk is often less about automation power and more about polished output with simpler pricing.

The hidden cost is the automation ceiling on Lite. One workflow is enough for a welcome sequence and nothing else, so the plan that looks affordable at $25 is often not the plan you actually end up on. You also need to assess whether the product's feature depth matches your workflow, because a design-led tool only pays for itself if it replaces another tool rather than sitting beside it.
