For years Flodesk sold one plan: unlimited subscribers, unlimited emails, one price. On December 2, 2025 it retired that plan for new signups and moved to tiers that scale with your list, the same model it used to position itself against. Members who joined before then keep the flat rate as long as they stay subscribed. Everyone else should price Flodesk like any other subscriber-based tool.

At the entry tier of roughly 1,000 subscribers the plans are Lite at $25/month billed monthly ($19/month billed annually), Pro at $28/month billed monthly ($25/month billed annually) and Everything at $54/month billed monthly ($49/month billed annually). All three include unlimited sends. Lite caps out at 25,000 subscribers and one automation workflow. Pro adds unlimited automations and one checkout, so you can sell a single product. Everything adds unlimited checkouts and the ecommerce tools: sales pages, payment plans, subscriptions and abandoned cart.

Where the New Pricing Bites

Lite’s one workflow. One automation is enough for a welcome sequence and nothing else, so the plan that looks affordable is often not the one you end up on. At the entry tier, monthly Pro costs only a few dollars more than Lite and removes the cap; for most people Pro is the real starting price.

Growth now costs money. Under the old plan the bill stayed the same at 500 or 50,000 subscribers. Now it rises at each subscriber tier. Before you commit, check the price at your current list size and at the size you expect in 12 months on Flodesk’s pricing page.

Who Flodesk’s Pricing Suits

The value is strongest if design quality matters more than automation depth. Flodesk’s editor and templates are the pitch, and for visual brands and design-led creators that has real value. If you came for the unlimited-subscriber deal, that reason is gone: price it against MailerLite or Kit at your actual list size and judge Flodesk on its design tooling instead.
