You run a SaaS app on Postgres or MySQL and want to email users based on account state. Try it. The Postgres or MySQL connector should cover your case, and the setup cost is low enough that the experiment is cheap.
You operate an ecommerce business and most of your data lives in Shopify. Skip it. Use Klaviyo or Omnisend instead — the native Shopify integrations in those tools are deeper than what Brevo offers via warehouse sync.
You run a data warehouse and want to drive email segmentation off warehouse models. Try it as a Hightouch or Census replacement only if you have a single destination. If your team will eventually sync the same data to multiple downstream tools, a Reverse-ETL tool remains worth the cost.
You currently maintain a custom CSV import script. Replace it. The sFTP connector is the lowest-effort win in the release and should pay for itself in maintenance time within a quarter.
Your email program runs on complex event triggers from your application. Stay with a tool built for that pattern — Customer.io is a better fit. Brevo’s connectors are about contact sync, not event-driven messaging.
