The platform uses shared IP pools on free and Standard plans, with a dedicated IP available on Professional. For most small lists, shared infrastructure performs well. If you’re running high-volume transactional sends or have a domain reputation concern, the dedicated IP on Professional is worth the cost.
Automation
Sender includes automation on the free plan, which is unusual. You can build standard welcome sequences, tag-based drip campaigns, and form-triggered onboarding flows at no cost.
